CGI Event Operations
The Event Operations department at CGI serves as the primary liaison with our event production company and coordinates the event logistics for all CGI events throughout the year. CGI event operations interns will assist with all aspects of the event preparation and will work on tasks including but not limited to; the creation and organization of event materials, research and conduct outreach for event gift(s) and Giving Back Center items, will help with hotel and travel bookings, and provide assistance with volunteer recruitment and event credentials. Interns will perform basic administrative tasks as needed, as well as, assist with projects for membership and office operations departments.
