Internship Application Process
To Apply:
- Complete the online application. Be sure to submit your resume, essay, and statement of interest in plain text format within the fields provided in the online application.
- Have hard copy letters of recommendation mailed in sealed envelopes or scanned to the appropriate office address and contact person for the position(s) you are applying:

A limited number of modest need-based stipends are available. If you believe you should be considered, please include separate statement explaining why as well as supporting documentation such as a FAFSA or IRS Tax Return.
ALL MATERIALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE FOR CONSIDERATION.
Summer semester (start of June through end of August) applications and letters of recommendation must be received by February 28th.
Fall semester (start of September through mid-December) applications and letters of recommendation must be received by June 30th.
Spring semester (late January through end of May) applications and letters of recommendation must be received by November 15th.

Please note: Each applicant is responsible for providing the required documentation for interning in the United States in accordance with U.S. laws. Background checks are done on all prospective interns by the appropriate Homeland Security Office as determined by the applicant’s citizenship and immigration status.
